If you tend to become hypercritical of yourself - if you label yourself
"stupid," "lazy," or "a loser" - you eat to stuff
down self-hatred.
Tip: Along with making Holiday Gift-Giving lists, make some lists of how you've
grown this year and the things you love about yourself.
