Yet another recipe has gone into the manuscript file for Think With Your Taste Buds - Beef. I came up with this one when I found cube steak on sale and didn't want to cook it the usual way...batter, fry, serve immediately. I wanted something I could actually cook now and serve later. This worked out perfectly. So make a note to look for this dish when Think With Your Taste Buds - Beef comes out this winter.
