This is a simple make after a long day dish. It may look like scampi but the seasoning and the cheese gives it a totally different taste. It's delicious! You can use large shrimp but if so you might want to cut them into pieces. I use the 'around 30 count' size but a smaller size would have been perfect. See the full recipe by going to
