A - 6 months
B - 1 - 2 years
C - 2 - 3 years
D - Dried Spices are good forever
I'm not sure about this one so I'm going to guess B - 1 - 2 years.

SPICE #10 - D. Chai tea is typically made with cinnamon, cardamon, cloves, ginger, star anise, black peppercorns and black tea. I missed that one too!
